Framing FAQ`s

I can’t find what I’m looking for – does that mean you don’t have it?
No. If you can’t find what you’re looking for please contact us as we have new, often one-off items, coming into stock on a regular basis. We are always happy to source items for you.

Will you only frame items that you sell?
We are bespoke framers and will frame any prints, shirts etc that you need us to. We also frame non-sporting items; please feel free to contact us for more information.

Do you frame 3-D items such as footballs, boots and cricket bats?
Yes, we can provide display cases and frames for a wide range of items.

How do I know that my item is in safe hands if I send it to you for framing?
We have over ten years experience in the framing industry and we will always advise on you the best ways to frame your items to ensure their long-term preservation. All items are fully insured from when they first arrive on our premises to when they are delivered back to you.

How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
We aim to deliver within 5 – 10 working days. However, some items that are specially sourced or are particular complex to frame may take longer and we will advise you of this upon order. If you have a specific timescale please feel free to talk to us and we will do our best to meet your deadline. We will ship on a next day service where possible.

How will my item be delivered?
Our distribution network has been carefully chosen to ensure even the most delicate or expensive items will arrive safely at their destination. Our experienced couriers require a signature for ALL items delivered so it is often best to ship to a work address. All our carriers are fully insured.

What if I am not happy with the goods I receive?
We want you to feel satisfied every time you shop with us. If, for any reason, the item arrives with you damaged or is unacceptable, we will make every effort to rectify the situation to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Can I visit your premises or are you just internet based?
We would be more than happy for you to visit our premises, we are based in New Romney Kent and we are open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 12pm on Saturdays. Ask for Neil or Gary. Please click here for directions (map link below)

How do I know your autographs are authentic?

Do I have to place my order on-line or can I order by phone?
Yes, you can place your order by phone if you prefer. Framing is, by its nature, highly individual and for that reason we would always recommend that you contact directly for advice.
